Anders brings a deep-rooted farming background to the Kitchen Table. Currently Development Director at the newly established Arkaia Foundation, he works at the intersection of social movements, civil society, and politics. Arkaia Foundation is a climate and food systems focused foundation dedicated to a trust-based approach strengthening the green Danish ecosystem. Anders is committed to leveraging his experience and collaboration to accelerate extraordinary food policy action across Europe.
